The Vegas Bucket List

Flamingo Key

Most Vegas fanatics have one- the Vegas trip bucket list. Mine includes acting as a witness in a wedding while dressed in my infamous Elvis suit. While boring, I’d also like to golf at any one of the number of quality courses nearby.

So, in an effort to expand my horizons, I’d like to know what’s on your list? What have you never done in Vegas but always wanted to? Take the poll or leave your response in the comments below. I’ll be sure to read them on the podcast!

What's one thing on your Vegas bucket list?

This is probably a little obvious, but I would love to photograph behind the scenes at a Vegas show…. preferably Jubilee. We have done the backstage tour which was fascinating (highly recommended) and it would be amazing to just hang out and photograph everything that happens as the show progresses.

    • I’m totally with you. I can’t imagine how frenetic is must be in the wings of some of these huge productions. I’ll be having a former Cirque performer on the show in the next month or so, I’m going to ask about this specifically.

oh cool… that will be fantastic to listen to… will look forward to it 🙂

  • I’ve lived here 11 years so there’s not too much I haven’t done. One thing I’d love to do here, which I did once in college is sky-dive, or sky-dive with a wing suit. One thing I just did recently again also which is fantastic is to ride a helicopter over the Grand Canyon. I used http://5starhelicoptertours.com which were excellent and provide a shuttle to their helipad in Boulder City. We flew below the rim then landed at the Hualapai tour spot and saw some sites there. I recommend that too, and only takes about 3 hours.

    • Awesome! I’m actually looking to do one of the Maverick helicopter rides over the Strip at some point.
