Playstudios has expanded the myVegas rewards catalogue yet again. Most rewards previously offered discounts or comps on lodging and entertainment while in the city. Now, however, they’re helping you get there. The new partnership with Allegiant Air means you can potentially snag a free carry on bag (this shouldn’t charged in the first place), a complimentary seat assignment, and discounted or comped airfare. Allegiant has become somewhat infamous for their excessive fees like the aforementioned carry on bag charge.
Be sure to read all fine print on the rewards. The “one complimentary round trip ticket” offer, for instance, costs 400,000 LPs, but is only good for a $200 voucher. Oh yeah, and you have to purchase an air + hotel package to qualify. If you frequently travel Allegiant, this may be a good option for you. I’m not sure if I’ll give them a try, despite the discounts.
Have you traveled with Allegiant? What was your experience?
